Who we are

This site is run by Dubai Transition Consultants, a trading name of Dynamic Transition Consultants FZCO, registered office 001-46411, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 46411) ("we", "us"). If you contact us or use a tool here, we may collect and use your personal data as set out below.

What we collect

  • When you send an enquiry, the details you give us: your name, email address, the area you're interested in, and whatever you write in your message.
  • When you use one of our tools (for example, the tax-residency checker), the answers you enter and the result, kept with the email address you give so Alan can look over your result and reply.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, which our form and analytics providers record to run the service and keep it secure.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you the result or guidance you asked for, and talk through how we might help with your move. For enquiries and tool results, our lawful basis is taking the steps needed to respond to a request you have made. Seeing a tool result never depends on agreeing to marketing. We send marketing emails only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Sharing and international transfers

Your enquiry is handled by our team at Dynamic Transition Consultants FZCO in Dubai, and your details are also handled by the form and email providers we use to run the site (Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores enquiries and runs the anti-spam check; Web3Forms, which delivers enquiry emails; and MailerLite, which sends our emails). Some of these recipients, including us, are outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer being necessary to provide the service you have asked for, and on your consent, and we share only what is needed. We do not sell your data, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To do so, or for any privacy question, get in touch. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.

Marketing

We only send marketing where you've ticked the separate marketing box, and every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. While you move between pages, your browser keeps a short note in this tab (session storage, cleared when you close it) of the page you arrived on and the site that sent you, so that if you send an enquiry we know which page helped. We set no cookies and keep no identifier on your device. Our home page also shows our latest Instagram posts, and those images load from a third-party feed service, so your browser contacts that service to fetch them. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third-party advertising networks. Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-spam check that tells humans from bots without the puzzles or user tracking of a traditional CAPTCHA.
